Delete your account

Last updated: October 19, 2026

You can delete your Heal Kinder account at any time, on the website or in the Heal Kinder app (by Heal Kinder). Here's how, and what happens to your information.

1. Delete it yourself

  1. Log in to Heal Kinder on the website or in the app.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete my account.
  3. Confirm with your password. Your account is deleted straight away.

Log in to delete your account

This works the same on a computer, a phone's web browser and in the Heal Kinder app.

2. Or ask us to delete it

If you can't log in, or don't have the app any more, email hello@healkinder.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you and delete your account within 30 days. You can also use our contact form.

3. What's deleted

  • your email address, username, password, picture, town, topics, time zone and what you wrote about yourself;
  • your bookings, small wins, mood check-ins, journal pages, badges, kind notes, support companions and private messages;
  • your connections with other members, and anyone you've blocked;
  • any groups you host, which are canceled;
  • your sign-ins and app notification settings, so you're logged out on every device.

4. What we keep, and for how long

In other members' lists of past groups, and in our safety records (such as reports and removals from rooms), you're shown only as "Former member", with nothing that identifies you. We keep these so the community stays safe.

Copies in our backups are overwritten over time. We may keep limited records for longer only where the law requires it.
